Generally the time frame to complete your Chapter 7 bankruptcy from the filing date to receiving a discharge order from the court takes approximately 4 to 5 months to complete. For Chapter 13 plans your repayment plan will range generally from 36 months to 60 months, depending on your particular circumstances.
